Martin Wright

Martin Wright is an experienced insurance broking professional with multi class international client experience extending over 35 years. He has particular expertise in retail corporate clients and their risk management and transfer programmes across all industry sectors and active involvement in self-retention and risk management global and local programmes.

As an honours graduate from Exeter University in the UK and qualified to FCII level, Martin commenced his insurance career on the underwriting side before joining the Sedgwick (Marsh) Broking Group in London where he worked on multinational clients including major clients in North America and South East Asia and a two year secondment to a major chemical and pharmaceutical business. He continued his working career by heading up a Lloyd’s broker, engaged in multi class retail business, healthcare and private clients and completing a management buyout of the business. Following this he headed up the special risks division of a Lloyd’s Broker. With wide industry experience as both a market practitioner and C-suite executive, Martin heads up CKRe.

Will Kersley

Will has thirty five years of experience in the (Re)Insurance broking sector.  He was based overseas in Spain & USA and then returned to London.  He has a broad knowledge of most lines of business both for retail and Wholesale clients and has handled everyone from UK Clients up to Multinational Corporations.  Will was a named underwriter on a property facility for some years.

He has travelled on business to Europe, Africa, Middle & Far East & South America.
The past seven years he has concentrated on generating and placing business from the African continent.

Sridhar Sathiyamurthy

Sridhar is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience in corporate credit, structured trade finance, project finance and credit and political risk insurance (CPRI).  Having in-depth working experience within the International CPRI marketplace and has vast knowledge on emerging and frontier market economic, political and credit issues. He has an extensive understanding of the needs of clients and knows how to get the best possible terms for their coverage from specialist underwriters. His experience includes working overseas in Australia, Hong Kong, Middle East in addition to India.

A practiced and multi-faceted business leader with superior inter-personal, analytical and problem solving skills. He is an excellent communicator, with natural ability to integrate into various cultures. He is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Daren Griffin

Daren has spent the last 25 years gaining a particular expertise in the handling and management of property, construction and renewable energy placing (and associated liabilities) in the London market 

Daren has established a strong profile within the London market, as well as with numerous overseas markets, for a dedicated and professional approach to the efficient and appropriate management of complex placing and claims issues.

Daren has developed excellent contacts within all sectors of the market, which have assisted his pro-active service of diverse situations.

Amit Shah

Amit has over 20 years’ experience working in finance and compliance, predominantly in the insurance industry in which he has worked for over a decade. Amit’s prior experience includes working in the accountancy, energy and private equity sectors.

Amit is a fully qualified Certified Accountant (FCCA) and holds a Master’s degree. Amit has extensive experience in managing the finance and compliance functions across a wide range of insurance brokerage specialisms including healthcare, energy, financial institutions, credit risk and private clients which complements his detailed knowledge of the wider general insurance sector.
